i have been a long time customer of this shop, so i may not be objective. But over the past year i have seen a great improvement in the quality of service in all aspects of this business. Shop Mgr Sam Domke is approachable and a straight shooter. His desire to give the best service is exemplified by his assistant, Wes. Wes takes the right information and gets back to you when he says he will. i also happen to know they have an excellent Honda Gold Wing mechanic, and that they really stand behind there service. Tom in the parts department has done a great job of keeping a variety of helmets, gear, clothes, and can readily find an item if he doesn't have it. He has been in the industry for years and more than likely knows your bike, and what will fit it, or won't. Owner Kendall Kroeker has been making some necessary changes, and i think it shows.

Great Experience!!!! Decided to buy a new ATV this morning and by noon I was the new owner of a Suzuki King Quad. I was origionally looking at the Brute Force but was pointed toward the King Quad by Taz who showed me all of the better points about it in comparison to the other one. It was a MUCH better deal !!!! Thanks for leading me in the right direction. Would definately do business with them again!!!

I was returning to Utah from a road trip to the Black Hills. I needed a rear tire for my RoadStar. The service department was busy but they got me in when the doors opened in the morning and had me back on the road again within an hour. Great service and a good deal on the new tire!

This is by far the best bike I have ever owned. This is my 12th bike overall and the 4th bike I have purchased from this dealer. This bike is a dream on long trips. Just returned from the Red Lodge, MT rally and it kicked butt over the Harleys. They couldn't outrun or out corner this one (08 Royal Star Venture). A dream to ride, especially on long trips.

They understood we only had Sunday or Monday to make our purchace it was fast and they helped load them also they came in on their day off to make this possible what can I say don't know many companies that would do thant Thanks for a smooth trasaction and helping us

Most company's these days are all about the all mighty dollar but I recently had the pleasure while talking to my legally blind brother living in the Homa Hills area 9 miles outside of Casper, that Casper mountain motorsports had sent out a technician to trouble shoot my brothers 4 wheeler, since he is not allowed to drive. The tech arrived found the problem drove the 9 miles back to Casper and returned with the part and repaired it, all without any charge for parts or labor, 40 miles in all! I have dealt with many dealerships over the years and this was bar none one of the most Kindest and Companionate gestor's I've ever seen in my 57 years. Although I live in Green River, I certainly know where my next play toy will be purchased. Thank you all at Casper Mountain Motorsports and keep up the outstanding work!!! you make out doing the competition easy.

I was on a Motorcycle trip from Minnesota, when i realized I needed a new tire on my Honda. I was nervous, as I had 3 other motorcycles waiting on me. I stopped in, on a Saturday morning, hoping to get my tire replaced. Even though i arrived 15 minutes before they opened, I was welcomed in and talked to right away. The service department got me in right away and replaced my tire in less than 2 hours. While I waited, one of the sales staff, Ethan, spoke with me, showed me around, and made sure that I was comfortable. A great experience all around. I highly recommend the service and staff at this facility. Thank you again Ethan and staff.

My recent experience was a carburator rebuild on a bike that had been stored for some time. When told the bike was ready, I arrived, paid, and started the bike. Definitley not running right. I would have thought they would not let the bike go out running no better than it did before the repair. I spoke to a guy who turned out to be the service manager. He said he would not let the bike go out that way, and would make sure that it was made right. True to his word, when told again the bike was ready, and made right, so far it is. The bike being represented as ready when it was not, is a serious downgrade on a rating, however, because it was made right, as Sam said it would be, and that he kept his word, my rating comes back up. I cannot give a 5, but I can give a four. Also, the pickup and delivery service is very convenient, and Big John does a good job.

This was one of the best buying experiences I've ever gone through. The last thing anybody in the world wants to deal with is a naggy sales team and that's exactly what I didn't find at CMM. I had to drive in for the purchase so I put a deposit down a few days before hand, and when time came to drive in for pick up, Marcus called back exactly when he said he would. Very responsible crew at CMM, I will definitely be looking to this team for my next toy purchase.

Lucky was by far the best salesman I've ever worked with. He showed me around, helped me find a good bike and once all the paperwork went through took me to each department and walked through the process with me from start to finish. All around great service

I can honestly say that a lot has changed in the past couple years here... and its all for the better! Scott and Braden were very helpful and friendly. Also financing the bike was no issue and much easier than I had anticipated. Scott and Tony made me feel very confident in my decision. When looking for a new family toy for the summer I had the best experience with one of the sales man justin.
